A Philadelphia-area native, Steph attended Holy Child and the Academy of Notre Dame before competing in Division I Track & Cross Country at the University of Pennsylvania. She spent ten years in leasing and sales at Maguire Hayden Real Estate, and in 2022 transitioned from brokerage to marketing consulting for commercial real estate firms, combining industry experience with storytelling and strategy. Steph launched the podcast as a side project and has continued to grow it alongside her consulting work. She also is a Brand Ambassador for her sister Patrice’s company called MilkMate, an all-in-one pumping solution that helps companies support breastfeeding employees (milkmate.com).
